I had never had such a great experience at a dental office. They went out of there way to help me get what i needed done asap!
I scheduled a cleaning only to go in and have over an hour of my time completely wasted. They took a ridiculous amount of x-rays. Then the dentist tells me my teeth are gorgeous and I "made his day" because of how well I take care of my teeth. Then the hygienist comes in, pokes my gums a few times and proclaims I have gingivitis (I certainly don't. I brush twice a day and have never had so much as a cavity.) and tells me I need to schedule a special cleaning that takes two appointments and costs $400 in addition to what my insurance pays. They didn't clean my teeth at all and refused to schedule me a regular cleaning instead of the $400 one. Worst dentist I have ever gone to. I'd rate them zero stars if I could. I'm going back to my old dentist that doesn't try to rob me blind and waste my time.
I'm so glad I was told to come to this office because it was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. I feel like they really cared about me and what I wanted and needed. They all have great attitudes. They're friendly and welcoming. The office is very nice and the equipment seems to be top notch. I have very bad anxiety and they were understanding of that and did everything they could to ease my nerves. They offer some different payment options and want to help you get your teeth cared for. I'm so happy I use this dentist office.
Kind and considerate staff. They always made me feel I mattered. I had my lower teeth pulled and needed dentures. It took over a year before my gums were ready for my perminate dentures. Even though I got discurraged at times I know they wanted what was best for me. So after 15 months I was Finley ready. I love my new dentures and they look like real teeth. They never failed to see me as a walk in and always did their best to see me with in a few days if I needed a appointment. I plan to get the minny implants in a few months.
