I decided to try MasterCuts because of the reasonable price. From the first moment the lady started washing my hair, I got the vibe she didn't really know what she was doing. She kept complaining about how she was having an "off day", and if she was really that out of it, perhaps she should have gone home. It seemed though that she really was just bored and lazy. She did not inspire any confidence - I felt as though I had to tell her not only what I wanted done to my hair but HOW to do it as well. The cut took only 10 minutes, and she sort of just half-assed her way though. Her cell phone rang in the middle and she stopped to check it.She focused more of her attention on chatting with those around her than on my hair. Another customer who she knew walked in and she told him that as soon as she was done with me she could cut his hair, and then sped up on me so as to get to him sooner. When she was done I was left thinking "wait - that's it? I thought we were just getting started", and when I asked her to spend a little more time on my bangs, she half-assed those as well and ended up doing a horrible job. I've never had a more carelessly done haircut in my life.
I went there for the first time they acted as if I wasn't there I stood there for 20 minutes then I left very rude people will never return
