The biggest problem with the store is check out. It's soooo damned slow it's annoying. It actually is so annoying that sometimes I go elsewhere because I don't want to stand in line with 1 or 2 items for 45 minutes. Every time I stop there it appears that an entire new staff is running the place and only one person can fix issues at the registers ? Blah.....I will go to Lowe's first. Too bad because they do have a great selection of tools ect.... but time is important to me too !
