My gram was life flighted to upmost on July 12 tho she spent the weekend there and went to trinity east for rehabilitation! She was there til past Thursday ! I brought her home to find lice infestation in her hair. These so called medical professionals are washing her hair and not treating the infestation! Are you kidding me? So now everyone there probably is also infested! I just can't believe they refused to do anything about it even though they knew before I did and to top it off they refused to ask the doctor to call in a prescription to treat the problem. " take her to the emergency room" Never again will my gram go there for any type of treatment! The 7 the floor nurses station needs fired! They are not professional or even proper medical pros!
