Outstanding cleaners. Excellent treatment of clothing, very responsive customer service, reasonable pricing. I drive over an hour each way to use this Dry Cleaning company and pass many other Dry Cleaners on the way there. Always top notch treatment. Highly Recommended.
I will never do business with these people again. They have terrible customer service, and they charged my client almost $200 for 30 items of clothing! They didn't follow my instructions on how my client wanted his clothes done (I went over these instructions four times with two different people), and when I tried to talk to them about my dissatisfaction, I was talked over and they told me "well you are going to have to take your stuff somewhere else then!!!" I was 100% dissatisfied with their services! There were creases pressed into my client's clothing, their staff was beyond rude, and magically a manager is never available for me to talk to!
