Rude and lacks empathy with clients. They need a training class on how to deal better with those of us who live with mental illness.
Well lets start at the Beginning. I have a family member in the Hospital and i had to take papers to this office. I never had to deal with them before so when i get there i see this "Rent A Cop" with a Hair Cut from Outer Space and wearing glasses that i am sure were popular back in the 1950's Well i had no idea what to do when i got there so i started to walk to where he was sitting and was going to ask what all i need to do but before i could get the words out of my mouth he said real nasty to me "get to the touch screen and enter all of your information" Ok no problem. I then took a seat and waited. While i was waiting there were 2 women talking and he went off on them cause they were talking above a whisper. I dont mean he just told them he was a jerk about it. Well when it was my turn i went to the window and some old woman who's face would crack if she smiled took my paperwork and i told her what it was about. Well i needed another paper and let me tell you she was not pleasant about it. But she did print it out. I told her i would be back in about a 1/2 hour cause the person who needed to sign it was at the Hospital just about a 1/2 mile away and she said "whatever" Now while i was leaving the "Rent A Cop" was talking to someone and he was talking so loud i am sure they heard his big mouth at the other end of the mall. When i got back to the Hospital i was telling someone about my experience at the Steubenville Office and they said they have heard the same things from others and suggested i go to the East Liverpool office. I took her advice and that is where i went and let me tell you the staff at the East Liverpool office is very very Professional, Helpful, and could not do enough for me. Even the Rent A Cop at East Liverpool office was helpful. First my advice to the Steubenville office staff. Get off your high horse and please understand that not all of us that come to your office is a "Crack Head" If you hate you job that much that you have to be nasty to us then quit. You can be replaced fast. Next maybe you all should go to the East Liverpool Office to see how the job is done. To anyone who is considering going to the Steubenville office Dont. Go either to East Liverpool or Wheeling.
