I will never trust this hotel again. We placed a reservation a year in advance for my daughter's graduation. Then a few days before graduation, they called to tell me that they moved me to a hotel 30 minutes away due to being overbooked. The reason was that they had a group staying there during the week that extended their stay into graduation weekend, and so the hotel allowed them to extend their stay, while forcing a whole bunch of people to move to other hotels. They did pay for our room at the other hotel, but that does not cover the inconvenience. Why would they allow a group that didn't have a reservation for that night to suddenly get preference to the folks that made their reservation well in advance? That's just not fair. The baccalaureate Mass was Friday night and the graduation was at 9am the following morning. Moving to this hotel cut into our sleep that night. Not fair.
We stayed the night here. Check in was easy and the staff was great. The room was new, clean and had all the standard hotel necessities. Breakfast served in the morning was nice and the automatic pancake maker was shocking.
The location is good but the walls are thin and it is hard to get too. Rates are competitive and breakfast was generic. Beds and pillows were comfortable .
