Branch manager Ashley Short is one of the rudest individuals I have ever had to deal with. Waited 45 minutes on my rental car because they lost both gas cards and couldn't fill the cars up with gas. Then Ashley tried to force me to drive an extended cab pick up when I rented an economy car because of all the driving I was doing. She was very aggressive when I told her I was not driving a pick-up and waved me and my daughter out of the building and said someone else would deal with us outside. I ended up in a very crappy, smoke filled Mirage that would barely reach 60 MPH. STAY AWAY!!
